Tasting Notes
After a two-year hiatus, we are back to making Roussanne! Sourced from the Stolpman Vineyard, our 2011 Roussanne delivers plenty of bright fruit flavor, acid, and a pleasing, full mouth feel. Like the previous vintages, it has a focused floral-mineral aroma and flavors of lime, honey, and stone. As a young wine, it is classic Roussanne and should age for years. The longer you wait to drink it the more you shall be rewarded.

Fermentation Whole cluster pressed and cold settled. Assmanhausen and RC212 yeasts used. Fermented in 20% stainless steel, 20% new French oak and 60% neutral French oak barrels. Completed 75% malolactic fermentation.
